God Is… Our Savior!
As Paul said in 1 Corinthians: “I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and He was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.”
This is the good news of the gospel. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, saved from the penalty of sin by our Savior. That’s the good news of the gospel.
