This week’s Devotional Topic
Jesus came to save us from our sins so that we might experience life at its best. Satan, however, is the enemy of our souls and likes nothing better than to see Christians life joylessly. We are all in grave danger if we do not acknowledge and recognize that we are in a spiritual battle. What I found to be the most effective against the devil’s ploys to deprive us of our rightful joy in the Lord in this: Praise Christ for His victory over sin, Satan, and all evil. We need to praise God everyday for His victory works because it is spiritual truth put into action.
