Testing Your Faith
This week’s Devotional Topic
When trouble flows in and stays for a while, our joy seems to fade to the fringes of our existence. Knowing that, the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Our disappointments and difficulties have a specific role — they test our faith. When our faith comes under the gun and we continue to keep our eyes of Christ, spiritual muscle is being formed. Faith is being mustered, endurance is acquired, and spiritual maturity is being developed. The joy is not in the process, but in the outcome.
