Remember this: God may be silent, but He is never still. You can count on this, regardless of the circumstances. There is never a time when an omnipresent God is not constantly, unceasingly active in your life for your eventual good and His glory. Remember this: God will never abandon you. The Lord is our constant companion. He is not a fair-weathered friend, and He has pledged His covenant love to us for eternity. Remember this: God is always on the scene. This is the kind of God that we can trust without reservation, that we can depend on in any kind of storm.
