Always Present
God is ever present in the heart of the believer. He has promised that He would NEVER leave us or forsake us. The presence of God brings with it all that He is.
Jesus knew what it was like to enjoy the presence of His Father. Just think about the HUGE sacrifice that Jesus made while spending eternity with God the Father, that intimate fellowship was taken from Him as He cried from the cross “Father, why have you forsaken me”. Folks he did that for you and me as he took our sin upon Himself.
God is never “missing in action” but is the friend that sticks closer than a brother. His presence brings us peace, comfort, confidence, strength to do what is right as well as joy and real love.
When God is present in our lives, we are in His presence! Think on these things.
