This week’s Devotional Topic
This week on Call To Worship we will be sharing about how our Lord provides “Living Water” that brings us “True Joy”. We’ll share a little bit from the C.S. Lewis classic, “The Silver Chair” about the conversation with a young girl and the Lion Aslan, who represents our Lord Jesus Christ.
On this week’s program we will share about how our thirst for significance can be satisfied only in the person of Jesus. He is the source of all Joy! Christ invites us all to let Him satisfy our deepest longings for joy. Isaiah 51:2 says, “Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters… Listen, listen to me… and your soul will delight in the richest of fare” Christ alone satisfies our deepest longings!
