God’s Promises
This week’s Devotional Topic
This week we will be singing and talking about the Promises of God for our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the Plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a future.” We’ll talk about God’s Plans and Promises to Abraham and how he believed the Lord. God did more for Abraham than he could have ever imagined. God also has plans for you. God is willing to do immensely more than you can imagine. You can’t limit the superabundant power of Christ at work in you and on your behalf. Are you expecting God to do great things in your Life, or have you settled for a complacent faith? Don’t think for a moment that your life can never rise above the ordinary. Focus on the unlimited greatness of goodness of God to make your life count in ways you can’t begin to dream about.
